I am not completely satisfied with my order
Because we want your satisfaction, our return policy is simple. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, please let us know and we will do our best to find a solution.
Regarding the procedure, it's very simple, when you receive your product or products from your order, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and want a refund, send us back the product (s) within 30 days after receiving your product at the address below:

Once the product (s) received, new and in its packaging, we will process the refund within a period of 7 days maximum after receipt. If you are living outside of France, please do email us and we will discuss your case.
What should I do if one of the product received is defective?
If you have received one or more defective products, first of all we apologize and offer to send you a new item or refund. For this, simply send a photo of the defective product received mentioning the number of your order by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon receipt of the email and after confirmation from us, we will replace or refund according to your preference within a maximum of 7 days.
